Refund Policy

Invoixy is operated by Great X Inc, a company registered in Taiwan ("Invoixy", "we", "us"). This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Invoixy is free to start: 3 invoices/month free. You can unlock Invoixy for $39.99 one-time. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel. See Pricing for what the unlock includes.

When you buy Invoixy on our website, the order is processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for website orders. Paddle handles the payment, applicable taxes and receipt.

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your website purchase, for any reason, even if you have used Invoixy. Email support@invoixy.com from the email address on your order, and include your order number from the Paddle receipt. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. After 30 days, and up to 12 months after purchase, we still refund you if you were charged twice, or if the unlock never worked on your account and we can't fix it.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including remedies for faulty products or products that are not as described. Those rights still apply after the 30-day window and any other time limits stated above.

App Store purchases are sold by Apple, and Apple decides refunds under its own policy; we can't refund them ourselves. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

One unlock covers your Invoixy account. If you paid for it twice, for example on the website and in the App Store, email support@invoixy.com and we'll help you get the extra purchase refunded through the place you bought it.

A refund removes the unlock from your account. Your invoices, quotes and clients stay; the free plan's limits apply again. Deleting your account doesn't refund a purchase by itself.
