Invoixy

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

1. Who you're contracting with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Great X Inc, a company registered in Taiwan (company no. 83631284) that operates Invoixy ("Invoixy", "we", "us"). Registered address: 13F, No. 50, Section 1, Qingshan Road, Xinzhuang District, New Taipei City 242, Taiwan.

By creating an account or using the Invoixy app or this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Invoixy.

2. The service

Invoixy is an invoicing tool for freelancers and small businesses, available as an iPhone app and on the web. It lets you keep a business profile and client list, create invoices with line items, discount and tax, share them as PDFs, add your own payment link, and record the payments you receive. We may change, add or remove features over time.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Invoixy. If you use Invoixy on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Apple or Google account secure and for everything that happens under your Invoixy account. Tell us promptly at support@invoixy.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Free plan

Invoixy is free to start: 3 invoices/month free, with 1 business per account. We may change the free plan in the future; changes won't affect invoices you've already created.

5. The Invoixy unlock

You can unlock Invoixy for $39.99 one-time. The unlock gives you:

  • unlimited invoices
  • remove the Invoixy footer
  • your logo on every invoice
  • unlimited businesses

There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Who processes your payment depends on where you buy:

  • On this website: when you buy here, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our website orders and handles the payment and applicable taxes, under Paddle's buyer terms.
  • In the App Store: sold by Apple under Apple's terms. You can restore the unlock at any time from Account → Restore Purchases in the app, signed in to the same Invoixy account.

Refund requests, wherever you bought, follow our Refund Policy.

6. Your invoices, taxes and compliance

You are solely responsible for the invoices you create and send, including their content, amounts, tax rates, tax IDs and numbering, and for complying with the tax, invoicing, consumer and other laws that apply to your business. Invoixy is not a tax, legal or accounting adviser, and the calculations in the app don't replace your own review.

You keep all rights to the content you put into Invoixy. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to enter your clients' information into Invoixy; see our Privacy Policy for our role as your processor.

7. Payments between you and your clients

Invoixy does not process, hold, transfer or verify payments between you and your clients, and does not detect whether an invoice has been paid. Any payment link you add points to your own payment provider, whose terms govern that payment. Payments you record in the app are your own records. Invoixy is not a party to any transaction between you and your clients.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Invoixy to:

  • create fraudulent, misleading or fake invoices, or request payment you are not owed;
  • impersonate another person or business, or use a business name, tax ID or logo you have no right to use;
  • send spam or harassing content, or break any law or anyone else's rights;
  • access another user's data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

We may suspend or restrict an account that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or puts other users or Invoixy at risk. Where appropriate, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Invoixy at any time. To delete your account, go to More → Account → Delete Account in the app. Your account is scheduled for deletion, and you have 30 days to cancel: sign back in and tap Cancel Deletion; after that, deletion becomes permanent. You can also request deletion by emailing support@invoixy.com from the email address you sign in with. See Delete your Invoixy account for details. Export anything you need first from More → Account, under Export.

We may close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if we stop offering Invoixy, in which case we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data where we can. Deleting your account does not by itself refund a purchase; see the Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Invoixy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that calculations, PDFs or exports will meet your specific legal or tax requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Invoixy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of Invoixy. Our total liability for any claim relating to Invoixy is limited to the amount you paid for the Invoixy unlock in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and disputes will be resolved in the Taiwan New Taipei District Court as the court of first instance. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Invoixy after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
